Someone should create a dating website for tumblr people. And you can search for people by fandoms.
I’m serious.

SIGNAL BOOST.
Oh my God. When you seriously think about this, it’s possible.
Hi I’m a cut on a finger. I have a tiny bit of blood coming out of me. Look, I have like 355 notes.
Why in the world can I post a picture of Mark Fucking Pellegrino and get like, 25 notes, when it’s a very good picture of him — honestly, which picture of him isn’t — and this is a little cut and it has 365 notes. I don’t want to live on this planet anymore.

Because the way I ship Destiel is very specific. I ship it more like, they’re amazing friends, that are in love but they don’t hold hands in public and kiss on the cheek or cuddle because I just don’t see their relationship that way. And what I’ve found by role-playing Destiel with other people is they see Castiel as this cute little cuddly being that’s dependent on Dean.
But in the show we see that Castiel is quite capable of taking care of himself, even when he’s not connected with heaven for that period of time, and he’s still a bad ass.And Dean is very heterosexual, I don’t see him as the type to hold hands with another male not because he cares what other people think but because it’s just not how he is. He shows he cares by keeping people safe and protecting people not kissies and hugs and snuggles.
This is not a Destiel hate post. I just view Destiel a bit differently than some of the other people I have roleplayed it with.
Also, I am not in any way saying that everyone views Destiel in the way that I don’t, or that it’s a bad thing, but I just don’t see it as some people I know do.
I don’t like getting to OOC with my characters because it ruins them for me.
If you, or anyone else thinks they could roleplay it this way, or if they view it this way as well, I’d be more than happy to give it a shot.
